Title: Senior Data Architect Program Manager

Rate: TBD/DTE
Experience: The candidate must have at least three years of demonstrated experience managing a
team of employees providing computer related services of similar complexity and scope to the
ones described in the contract statement of work. This experience shall include: software design
and coding, systems analysis, LAN environment operations and maintenance, database design,
maintenance, upgrade and general management, query generation and analysis, user support and
hardware trouble shooting.
Education: This position requires a Bachelors degree in a computer or information technology
related field, such as, but not necessarily limited to, computer sciences, telecommunications,
electronic engineering, or cybernetics.
Functions: Designs and builds relational databases. Incumbent develops strategies for data
acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database. Works in a data warehouse
environment, which includes data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation.
Translates business needs into long-term architecture solutions. Defines, designs, and builds
dimensional databases. Incumbent also develops data warehousing blueprints, evaluating
hardware and software platforms, and integrating systems; and evaluates reusability of current
data for additional analyses. Reviews object and data models and the metadata repository to
structure the data for better management and quicker access.
